It began as a little play with the microscope video function with my daughter who likes anything that crawls about the garden.  She found a collection of green fly on a rose petal and asked if we could investigate them close up.  We marvelled at the segments in the antennae and the transparentness of their legs but then.....who would have thought it? Art in the Pen

Art in the Pen is a fabulous showcase of artists and craftsmen who take over the cattle mart in Skipton for a weekend in August.  It is one of my favourite events and once again I will be exhibiting this year.   The event has artists from around the country working in a range of materials and specialisms and it is easy to spend a day looking at the fabulous artwork and admiring the skill in the pieces on show.  All work is for sale and there is truly something for everyone with items starting at £2 right up to...
