If you haven't discovered Just Makers at Harlow Carr RHS gardens you have missed a gem! I'll start from the beginning. Harlow Carr is the RHS garden situated in Harrogate and is a fabulous place to visit particularly with families. It began as a little play with the microscope video function with my daughter who likes anything that crawls about the garden. She found a collection of green fly on a rose petal and asked if we could investigate them close up. We marvelled at the segments in the antennae and the transparentness of their legs but then.....who would have thought it? We made a major scientific discovery!
